An unusual house built from one and a half tons of real chocolate is ready to receive tourists. It is located near Paris and is the only such structure in the world. This is written by Lonely Planet.

Just 30 minutes from the French capital in the city of Sèvres a chocolate cottage with an area of 18 square meters has appeared. This is the first and only house in the world built entirely from frozen cocoa mass, from the walls and roof to the wardrobe, clock, books and mugs. Accommodation in the unusual house can already be booked through popular booking services.

The sweet home was built by French chocolate sculptor Jean-Luc Decluzeau. 1.5 tons of sweet material were used to make it. There is also a lake of white chocolate and a chocolate flowerbed next to the cottage. In addition to accommodation, guests are offered master classes from the sculptor on making miniature delicious houses.

Jean-Luc Decluzeau said he was thrilled to share his passion for chocolate and hoped travelers would enjoy their stay in this unique place.

The Chocolate house, located in the Orangerie Ephémère palace in Sèvres, can only be booked for certain dates: September 26, October 5 and 6. Guests are advised not to damage the house or taste it. Instead, they will be offered a variety of chocolate snacks. The sweet cottage costs 50 euros per night.
