According to TEZ TOUR, the demand for summer holidays in Turkey among Russians compared to the same period last year, it increased 5 times, in Greece - 4 times, in Cyprus - 4 times, in Italy - 2.5 times, in Bulgaria - 2 times, in Spain - 3.7 times.
The tour operator's specialists explain these figures by the favorable exchange rate of foreign currencies, as well as the desire of tourists to book tours at the most favorable prices, taking advantage of the "early booking" discounts, which started for the upcoming summer season earlier than usual - already in early August 2019.
"In recent years, tourists have been trying to plan their summer vacations as early as possible. This is explained not only by the desire to save money, but also to book places in popular hotels, which may have a shortage of places during the season. This year, we opened sales of tours for the upcoming summer season earlier than usual, on August 1, 2019, and active bookings began immediately. Currently, we are seeing a significant increase in sales for the summer of 2020, demand exceeds the figures for recent years several times and continues to grow. The attractive exchange rate of foreign currencies also has a positive effect on sales. Since tours are calculated in euros and dollars at the exchange rate on the day of payment, tourists are trying to book their trips as early as possible at the most favorable rates," the press service of the tour operator TEZ TOUR noted.
According to TEZ TOUR, the Early Booking promotion will last until January 31, travelers have the opportunity to plan their vacation with a benefit of up to 45%. At the same time, the minimum cost of TEZ TOUR tours for summer dates 2020 to Turkey was from 15,400 rubles, to Italy from 19,400 rubles, Greece from 20,600 rubles, Bulgaria from 21,400 rubles, Spain from 24,250 rubles, to Cyprus from 25,400 rubles.
