Two weeks of the Russian Hospitality Awards application campaign are behind us. It's time to sum up the results.
The first day of the award ceremony the phone did not stop ringing for a minute, which means that the participants were waiting for the beginning as much as the organizers. During the 14 days of the project the Award team received 96 applications from hotels all over Russia. The leading cities in terms of the number of applications submitted were Moscow, St. Petersburg and Sochi.
Over the years of the Award's existence, the "4-star Business Hotel" nomination has been the most popular among nominees. The fifth anniversary Award was no exception - 17 hotels filled out the registration on the website, choosing this category.
The new nomination of the Award, "Wedding Hotel", caused a particular stir. Already 11 hotels have provided cases of holding the best wedding ceremony. The top five most popular nominations also included "Family Hotel", "Country Hotel" and "Discovery of the Year".
The Award team invites hotel developers to take an active part in our competition, because becoming the "Developer of the Year" is very respectable. It is the developers who are at the origins of the construction of new hotels, laying the foundation for a successful business.
The organizing committee is pleased to welcome new participants of the project who have already submitted their applications: Hilton Garden Inn Novorossiysk, Hyatt Regency Moscow Petrovsky Park, SO/ St. Petersburg, Green Flow Sochi.
They say that fortune favors beginners. Whether this is true or not, we will find out at the most stylish evening of the winter — the Russian Hospitality Awards gala dinner, which will be held in February 2019. The time and place of the Award have not yet been disclosed, however, let us lift the veil of secrecy — the anniversary Award is preparing many surprises for its guests.
