The Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation has denied the ban on daily rental of apartments. This was reported by the deputy head of the department Nikita Stasishin.
"The decree of the Russian government is aimed exclusively at the application of the rules use of residential premises, and does not limit the rights of citizens to rent apartments,” he said, Interfax reports.
It should be noted that earlier the media reported a complete ban on daily rental of apartments.
Let us recall that on October 1, 2019, a law came into force banning hostels in multi-apartment residential buildings. In other words, it is prohibited to use apartments as hostels and provide hotel services there.
