"Indonesia - State of emergency declared in North Sumatra province on January 30 due to floods and landslides; damage infrastructure; road closures; heavy rains are forecast until January 31,” the Russian Foreign Ministry’s Situation and Crisis Center (DSCC) reported on Twitter.
