Rotana to manage new properties in UAE and Europe

Rotana has signed two new management agreements to strengthen its presence in Dubai and Europe, reports Hhotel Management.

 

In Dubai, for example, Rotana took over management of Cayan Tower, the ninth tallest residential high-rise in the world, under The Residences by Rotana brand. The company will also manage Bosmal Arjaan in Bosnia and Herzegovina to expand into Southeastern Europe.

Cayan Tower in Dubai Marina, it includes 490 apartments and seven retail spaces across 73 floors of the skyscraper. With its addition to the company's portfolio, Rotana will now manage 14 properties in the popular emirate.

“Cayan Tower will be a significant addition to our portfolio in Dubai,” said Omer Kaddouri, President and CEO of Rotana.

The addition to Rotana's Dubai portfolio is in line with the company's plans to open 7-10 new hotels in the UAE by 2020.

By the way, by the end of 2018, the portfolio in the Middle East will consist of 67 operating hotels.

Bosmal Arjaan by Rotana will be the second tallest residential tower in the Balkans when it opens by the end of 2018. The apartments at Bosmal City Centre in Bosnia and Herzegovina’s capital Sarajevo will be managed under the Arjaan Hotel Apartments brand by Rotana. The complex will feature 130 two- and three-bedroom apartments.
