We invite representatives of tour operators and travel agencies specializing in outbound tourism, representatives of the executive authorities and the media (including popular bloggers) to attend presentations, get acquainted with the tourist opportunities of St. Petersburg, learn about new excursion programs, communicate with leading tour operators, hotels and museums of the city, and receive up-to-date catalogs of tour operators.
Participants of the event:
• Representatives of the Committee for Tourism Development of St. Petersburg and Tourist Information Centers;
• Tour operators: Art-Travel, Bon Tour, Vodohod, Kaleidoscope, Kapriz, KIT Service, MIR, Muzyka Puteshestviye, Nevskie Sezony, Petrotur, Premiere, Favorit and others.
• Hotels: Radisson Sonya Hotel and others.
• Tourist attractions: Museum-model “Petrovskaya Aquatoria”, “Planetarium 1”, etc.
Road show program "Welcome to St. Petersburg!":
• 09.00–10.00 — welcome coffee break and registration of visitors;
• 10.00–11.30 — presentation of the tourist potential of St. Petersburg;
• 11.30–13.00 — workshop (individual meetings of visitors with participants from St. Petersburg);
• 13.00–1400 – end of the business program, buffet for visitors.
At the end of the presentations, there will be a drawing of prizes from tour operators from St. Petersburg - souvenirs, tickets to museums/theaters, participation in press tours.
