Today, April 25, the Shcherbinsky Court of Moscow did not cancel paid registration for Pobeda Airlines flights at foreign airports.
"The Shcherbinsky District Court rejected the claim of the Moscow Interregional Transport Prosecutor's Office against LLC "Pobeda Airlines," said a court representative, TASS reports.
In addition, it was also noted that the decision had not yet entered into force and could be appealed in the Moscow City Court in accordance with the established procedure.
Let us recall that from October 28, the low-cost airline Pobeda introduced paid check-in at foreign airports. As the airline explained at the time, this measure was a forced step in order not to increase the cost of tickets.
A little later, Pobeda Airlines proposed to the Ministry of Transport to introduce a fee for registration at Russian airports, but was refused.
