VFS Global, which manages visa centers for a number of countries in the Russian Federation, has opened a Lithuanian visa service center in Kaliningrad. It is located on 1812 Street.
As reported by RATA-News, on August 22, another Lithuanian visa center will open in Sovetsk (Kaliningrad region). Thus, in August, the number of Lithuanian visa centers in Russia will reach twenty. During 2019 and 2020, VFS Global will further expand this network by opening 42 new Lithuanian visa centers in Russia.
When applying for a Schengen visa at a visa center, a service fee (15.9 euros) is added to the cost of the visa (35 euros).
At the same time, residents of the region still have the opportunity to independently submit documents for a Lithuanian visa to the Consulate General in Kaliningrad. To do this, you must register on the consulate's website.
