The day before, at a meeting of the working group in the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Moscow, the head of the Ministry of Tourism of Karachay-Cherkessia Anzor Erkenov presented three projects-potential participants in the federal target program "Development of domestic and inbound tourism in the Russian Federation for 2019-2025": the creation of the tourism and recreation cluster "Eco-resort Kavminvody", "Construction of the all-season resort complex "Pkhiya-Kislye springs", as well as the development of the sports and health cluster "Green Island".
All three projects are planned to be implemented in Karachay-Cherkessia. The total volume of planned investments, according to preliminary estimates, is 16.4 billion rubles.
The Ministry of Tourism of Dagestan has made a corresponding proposal to include two tourism and recreation clusters in the Federal Targeted Program: “Silk Road” and “Mountain Health Resort,” RIA Dagestan reports.
The Silk Road cluster includes the Sardar, Sulak fishtravel and Caspian tourism and health complexes. The project aims to increase the republic's tourism potential in the domestic and foreign markets.
The tourism and recreation cluster "Gornaya Zdravnitsa" includes the agrotourism complex "Ekoland", the tourism and recreation complex "Tsamauri" and the tourism and health complex "Almak". The main consumers of this product should be not only Russian citizens, but also foreigners. And the main directions and goals are the development of ethnocultural, health, agroecological, extreme and educational tourism.
