Overseas Attractions
Trip Advisor has compiled a rating of the best parks and attractions. It includes 25 of the largest entertainment complexes around the world.
The top two spots went to parks in the US state of Orlando — Universal's Islands of Adventure and Magic Kingdom. Both have nearly 50,000 reviews on the site and Overall rating 4.5 out of 5.
In third place is Puy du Fou Park in France. Based on 12,000 reviews, the park received a rating of 5. 85% guests rated the French entertainment as “excellent”.
In total, the top 25 includes 12 American amusement parks. Most of them are located in Orlando. These are Universal Studios Florida, Disney's Animal Kingdom, SeaWorld Orlando and Disney's Hollywood Studios.
Among the European parks in the ranking were Europa Park in Germany, Tivoli Gardens in Denmark, Disneyland and Walt Disney Studios in France, Port Aventura in Spain, Efteling in the Netherlands, Leolandia in Italy, and Peppa Pig's World in the UK.
The top 25 also included parks from other continents, including Universal Studios in Japan and Singapore, Disneyland in Hong Kong, and Beto Carrero World in Brazil.
