On Christmas and New Year's Eve, the work schedule of consulates and visa centers of European countries in Russia will change. This was reported on Tuesday, December 19, by the Association of Tour Operators of Russia (ATOR).
The Austria Visa Application Centre will be closed on 25 and 26 December and from 1 to 5 January.
Consulates and visa centers of Hungary accept documents until December 21, and full operations will resume only on January 9.
The employees of the Greek visa center are on holiday on December 25 and 26, as well as from January 1 to 8. Passports can be collected from December 27 to 29. December 20 is the last day for accepting documents for a Greek visa in Kaliningrad, December 21 - in Irkutsk, Khabarovsk, Smolensk, Saratov, Voronezh, December 22 - in Yekaterinburg, Kazan, Nizhny Novgorod, Novosibirsk, Perm, December 26 - in Moscow.
The Spanish and Portuguese visa centres will be closed on 25 December, the Italian one on 25 and 26 December, and the Danish one from 25 to 29 December inclusive.
Latvia accepts documents for visas with issuance after the New Year holidays. On January 30, the consulate and visa center work only for issuing passports, from January 1 to 8 - days off.
Finland's visa application centres in Moscow are closed on 24-26 December, and in St. Petersburg on 1, 2 and 8 January. Regional centres will be closed from 1 to 8 January.
The Czech Visa Application Centre accepts documents until 22 December. From 25 to 29 December, as well as on 2 and 3 January, only ready passports will be issued. Days off are 1, 4, 5 and 8 January.
The Estonian Visa Application Centre will be closed on 25 and 26 December and from 1 to 8 January 2018.
