TEZ TOUR announced the appointment of a deputy general director. He is Vladimir Kaganer, who headed the company from 2005 to 2016. As explained to the TRN portal by the tour operator's press service, the appointment is connected with the strengthening of the top management and new strategic plans.
"I am glad to return to my native team. In fact, the connection was never lost. I hope that my return to operational management will give a new working impetus to our company, which is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year," Vladimir Kaganer noted.
Before joining the tour operator's top management, Vladimir Kaganer held key positions in the companies Akademservice and Aeroflot World. From 2001 to 2004, he held management positions in various departments of TEZ TOUR, and in 2005 he was appointed to the position of general director of the tour operator.
During Vladimir Kaganer's fifteen years of work in the company TEZ TOUR has significantly improved its positions in the Russian and international tourism markets, including seriously expanding the geography of destinations. The tour operator's portfolio has been expanded to include such countries as: Spain, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Maldives, Sri Lanka, Greece, Austria, Andorra, UAE, Brazil and Mexico.
In 2016, Vladimir Kaganer left the post of CEO to focus on new projects and family, but remained a member of the founders of TEZ TOUR. Dmitry Shershnev was appointed CEO of the tour operator, and he still retains his powers.
