On February 26, 2019, Vadim Shpilman left the position of CEO of Vantach Travel LLC. Ali Mikailov, who previously held the position of Sales Management Director of the tour operator TUI, was appointed to this position.
The change of the general director is connected with the end of Vadim Shpilman's three-year contract. This decision was made jointly and mutually.
The company "Vantach Travel" thanks Vadim for the work done: creating the project from scratch and its establishment in the online tourism services market.
Let us recall that in 2015, Vadim Shpilman headed a group of companies that included Mice Line and the online project OneTouch&Travel, which allows travel agents to book any individual services in a "single window mode". Vadim formed a team of real professionals who are now actively working on the development of the project. The company's policy will adhere to the same foundations and principles as before: customer focus, openness towards agents and readiness to solve any problems.
The plans of the new company management include improving already popular services, implementing new ideas for further growth and development of the online booking system.
The company now intends to actively develop individual tours with flights on regular flights. The plans also include significantly expanding the range of the product line and making the product accessible to the tourism industry.
The current trend is the development of business tourism and the company plans to advance in the MICE segment.
