Lotte Hotel Vladivostok is located in the city center. Less than a year ago, the Lotte corporation bought a five-star hotel from Hyundai. The deal was valued at 4.7 billion rubles. The corporation also purchased a plot of land in the center of Vladivostok. Options for using this territory for further business development are currently being developed.
The hotel has reception halls and over 150 rooms. The corporation's management pays special attention to the personnel training system.
It should be noted that last year the regional center was visited by over 3 million foreign tourists and travelers from different cities of our country. The growth of tourist flow to Vladivostok is also facilitated by the simplified visa regime, allowing citizens of 18 countries to visit the territory of the Free Port of Vladivostok with an electronic visa.
