The Russian Embassy in Indonesia has warned of an increased level of terrorist threat in connection with a series of terrorist attacks in the city of Surabaya.
“In connection with the series of terrorist attacks that took place in the city of Surabaya and its suburbs, as well as the introduction of heightened security by the National Police, “In view of the level of terrorist threat, we recommend that Russian citizens in Indonesia remain vigilant, avoid crowded places if possible, and refrain from visiting religious sites,” the Russian Embassy in Indonesia said in a statement.
